I have two Ricoh scanning questions/problems.1st is a Ricoh 2020D that will scan only 4 paged until it says out of memory.I think this machine has 192MB of shared memory...any ideas?<br />
2nd is a Ricoh 2060 that will scan 3 pages fine but when scanning large documents the images show garbage (letters numbers symbols etc.) Any idea's?<br />

Its in great shape because it was sitting in a room unused. Any help would be appreciated. <br />

I have repl. the Heat Roller seperate then found a bulletin that explains about a teflon coating issue. the bulletin says that the end of the heat roller should be either green or blue. I orderded a fixing ass'y it lasted a week .I checked the end of the heat roller and it does not have any marking on it. Is anyone aware of this? Does any one have any ideas? Im not sure if i have a seperate issue or wether i got an older fuser twice.<br />
Any help would be appreciated.</div>

In my office I use <b>Ricoh MPC 2500</b> and in that macine has installed with ps3 card by technician. All user print document whitout problem because use windows xp.<br />
<br />
my boss use macbook that use <b>macintosh os</b>. He use adobe photoshop cs3 to open photograph and edit that document. When my boss print document like office like word  or excel and picture that open from other application, machine can print normally.<br />
But when he print that document from adobe cs3, the machine printout codes that i don`t understand (machine code).<br />
<br />
Does anyone can help me to solve this problem because my boss want to print picture from adobe cs3 ??<br />
Does adobe cs3 need to configure if we print from macintosh??<br />
