Got an old Canon ipf500 color wide format printer, just a few months ago it indicated a message waste ink cartridge full, had ordered and replaced with a new one and then recently got the print head faulty. Used print head cleaning and was fine but just a few days ago it had this error message: carriage motion error! does anybody come across this before?
