Sounds to me that you may need to initialize the fax and make sure that the correct regional settings for the fax are set.

Go and find a copy of the installation guide for the fax kit which has the steps for initializing the card.

I got the machine to forward faxes in to a folder. Thank You so much for all your help, I'm really appreciate.

5. Forward TX Settings
6. Enable
7. Select from Address Book
8. Select the One-Touch
9. Ok and Close once finished
