Dell Toner Error
Hi all, I have a customer with a Dell 5110cn and changed the yellow toner and now it keeps saying "reseat yellow toner".
We have tried other new toners and get the same message. The display also reads "CRUM ID 093-960"
I don't have much Dell experience and would like appreciate any help given. Thanks, Scott

For what it is worth, Dell equipment was similar to Lexmark equipment for quite a while. You might see if you can find an answer there.
On a lighter note, also for what it is worth, it sounds a little like you might have yellow toner cartridges for a different machine that will not work in the 5110 even though they do fit.
