Xerox Phaser 8550 incontinence

I have an 8550 that poured all of it's magenta ink all over the inside of the machine. Removed all the crayon from the inside of the machine. Replaced the Printhead. Anyone ever have this happen? Any additional parts I should suspect?

Sorry, responding late to this one, but:

This usually happens when someone moves the printer while its still on. Phasers use wax crayons for ink. The machine melts it to a liquid to print. If the printer is moved when the ink is in its liquid state it pours all in the bottom of the machine and can be quite a mess to clean up. They need to turn it off and allow the machine to cool down before moving it.

8550 Solid Ink

Yeah, sounds like someone moved it without shutting down and won't fess up.

Or, they used non Xerox ink, seen it happen when the viscosity was not right and spilled right out of the printhead.
