    And why would you want to zero the counters on a machine?

    It is the same as winding back an odometer in a car, counter productive and illegal.
    Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

    no choice , some customer ever know is old machine but their need zero meter for it .. what i can do ??

    Explain to the customer that the machine isn't new and the counter can't be zeroed.
