I made an instruction how to install the modified collar in the field without having to remove the developer (starter). This to prevent further damage.
In case you want to change drum and developer at the same time the procedure is similar and doesn't need extra explanation.
Hans
PS: Please let me know if there are stupid mistakes or clunky language in the wording which I wrote on the pictures ....................
Looks good to me, thanks for the explanation. I'll translate it and put it on a PDF for my colleagues who don't dominate the english language so well.
May I be so bold as to ask you for the original pictures so I can translate them?
Cheers and thanks!

I can't find that modified collar anywhere - could you tell me where to order it?
Cheers!
