We have experienced the toolbox application not scanning in windows 10 fro a few models. The workaround is in windows 10 Go to control panel, administrative tools, services Look for "windows Image Acquisition" right click open properties click the "Log on" tab Choose the "local system account" radio button and tick the "allow service to interact with desktop" check box Restart the computer and bob's your uncle
