Has anyone encountered this error code- C6950 on TASKalfa 3051ci? The following actions have been taken but the error persist: 1) Fuser IH board was replaced 2) Power board was replaced 3) Firmware upgrade to the latest version was done. However during the firmware upgrade, it came up with FW Update error. The issue became worse when after switching off the machine and restarting it; it loaded straight to FW- Update after the WELCOME screen, and it has been so ever since. We had to restart the machine without the EEPROM, DIMM and CMOS just so that the machine will be initialized. The machine then booted and came up with C0100 error. All attempts to initialize memory and format HDD proved abortive. At this point, i do not know what next to do. Can anyone help here
