Hi,
It doesen't always see the black cartridge. Someting like u open the door and close it and then it doesen't recognize it.
Now mostly it doesen't see it.
Cartridge's are all original one's but they where recharged at some point. We replaced all drum's on those cartridges and the situation is the same.
Any ideeas? (besides new cartridge)
