Install WIDEsystem Driver Download -- restart if necessary -- ignore software if it loads
Right click on 'computer'
Select 'Properties'
Select 'Device Manager'
Right click on 'Contex hp815mfp IEEE 1394 SBP2 Device'
Select 'Properties'
Click on 'Update Driver'
Click on 'Browse my computer for driver software'
Click on 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer'
Click on 'Imaging devices' then click 'next'
Scroll down in the 'Manufacturer' to 'Contex A/S'
Scroll down in the 'Model' to 'HP Scanner (1394)'
Click 'Next'
You will be prompted "Installing this device driver is not recommended...", click 'Yes'
If you have Windows Security popup, click 'Install this driver software anyway'
The next window to popup is "Windows has successfully updated your driver software", click 'Close'
If you open WIDEsystem, you should see your scanner is installed.
