    hp CM 6030 MFP dirty in page

    hello to all,
    i have Hp CM6030 MFP if i print and copy 20 page are dirty hp cm 6030mfp.jpg later removed any ide?

    It looks like the transfer belt unit to me.

    Would second the above. i had a 6040, doing almost the same thing. removed the transfer belt cleaning assy[located on the transfer belt] and vacuumed. reassemble and worked fine. sent out the machine, but don't know the status of it after that. What i do is, put the machine into monochrome mode and test. if the problem is still there, then it is either the transfer belt or black dev/drum. stop the print before it reaches the fuser to eliminate others.
    The service manual for this machine is comprehensive and full of information. download and browse it. you have cartridge disable check ect.

    If I get lines in the transfer unit, I replace it. Trying to clean will almost always include a call-back.
