    hp laserjet printing dirty

    hello to all, i have problem with hp laserjet 3015, in the front of page are white, after start to print bad, i replace 4 toner original, but the same problem appears.

    Looks like a fuser issue.

    I see something repetitive happening there, like a fuser film. 75.5mm interval? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Yes you will need to replace your fuser unit. If you were using non genuine HP, refilled or compatible cartridges these will shorten the life of your fuser unit.

    Part number is RM1-6274-020 (for 120v)

    Like the others say I would look at the Fuser happens on other HP's I have worked on.

    I will likely fall in with the rest of the people here that say there is a problem with the fusing unit, but one question first - is OEM toner being used in that machine? Sorry, issues with aftermarket toner have bit me in the sitting muscles enough times for problems like this that I had to ask.

    I agree our company use them tends to happen when they don't fit drum seals properly false economy in my view.
