customer just brought one in, unable to pull toner tray out. seems to be hanging on right side.

im not a hp tech, so i'm going slowly on this. i have taken the right cover off and the front right off. i removed the screw that hold the paper output
tray and lifted up on it, but still seems hung on right side.

anything i need to look at to clear this?
