HP Officejet Pro x451dn

Customer has one of these. Won't print in center of page. Prints on right and left margins ok. Center is blank. Cleaning printhead will let it work for short time then it goes back to not printing in center. Any ideas?

Are genuine HP inks being used? Had a customer with a similar issue on this model. It would cut off one of the sides of print. I knew they were using 3rd party inks. After some troubleshooting, it looked like that side of the printbar was just damaged by the 3rd party inks. Clogged it up. No amount of cleaning would unclog the jets. Way to costly to replace the printbar.

Does it show any error messages? There is a service note pertaining to the printbar.

Would it be possible for you to show us an example of that print defect?
I'm kind if thinking that is either bad paper or a problem on the print platen, but I would prefer to see what's going on and use that to determine what actually needs to be done next rather than just tell you wrong things like a moron.
