Hi everybody.
I'he bought 5 MFP Pagewide Pro 477DW just to try them.
Is there anyone who tried to have some more feedback.
As for now they are looging pretty good. It's just about Ink yeld and printing durability.
Thank you.

HP says, "Not inkjet, not laser"
Then what is it?
I think this is actually just an inkjet printer. The difference is that the printhead reaches across the entire page, so there's no carriage that moves back and forth.
Yes, they're inkjet.. they just have printheads with very wide series of nozzle gangs grouped together.

Fun stuff.

I wonder how hard it would be to pull that printhead out of the machine and make it work on something else. Like, say, create a continuous feed machine out of it.
The new Officejets use the printbar as well. It requires special tools to get it out and safely sit it on a table.
Was lucky to get the tools. Haven't used them yet, but, at least have them.
Definetely Inkjet. Pro 477 is really a quick print machine, and office quality is "laser like".
No fuser, no belt, no drums. So this mean no maintenance. If broken, tray and replace. I suppose. It's just a cartridge yeld issue.
I lost my mind with Ricoh MPC1500 Gel Copier, it was a good idea with a horrible application. I think HP will launch PageWide A3 format. Let's see what happens.
If anyone get experienced please share.
Thank you and have a really goog time.
