After replacing a rollerkit on a 6040, I am not able to reset the counter. I've put in a secondary assembly as ordered by the tech who first went to the call, the device has the latest firmware, any suggestions? Thanks!

I did see that, however the housing was replaced. I returned and inspected both the old and new housing, didn't see any problems with the spring. I replaced the transfer roller with a new one and the message cleared. I guess the first roller had an issue. Thanks for the tip!
