Toner fusing, according to wikipedia, is roughly 200 °C (392 °F)
A good starting point is the 200 C mark. The temp can vary depending on type of toner, settings (thick paper,etc). Most newer machines are using toners that melt at a lower temp. This of course helps to conserve energy.
