    HP laserjet pro m521 making noise

    Load grinding sound when turned o or making copies. sounds like coming from the Fuser area. cannot find cause all gears are in good condition. any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

    It's usually the lower roller bushing that wears, which causes the gears not to mesh correctly. So start with the fuser... then the fuser drive gear set (if any exists for that machine). You won't actually be able to see the wear on them.
