    M3035 print quality issue

2 cartridges were replaced to try to resolve this issue, one compatible, one OEM, no go. Highly doubt its the cartridge, but I'm gonna go back to the customers office with one of my known good ones to test.

Stopped halfway and problem occurs before the fuser.
Transfer roller had some debri at the left side bushing area, looked like an old dead dried lizard. Removed the GEICO gecko and thought that might be it, but not.

    Here are the samples:

Customer looking to replace this old MFP, I agree, but any thoughts on this problem would help on this decision.

    Thanks!

    ECU

Have replaced a bunch on the P3005. The M3035 is just a P3005 with a scanner on top.

My guess would be the transfer roller.

What repeating interval? Do you have a ruler? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    ok, i'm officially fired.

i believed the customer at his word who tried multiple toners with the same issue and was gullible to belee' dat.

i went there with my own "known" good toner and the image cleared up!!!!

Thanks for your responses, sorry for wasting your time

Oh, you should know better than to trust a customer.
