Hello all! I'm a Toshiba/Samsung tech but I have a 452dw at home. I've gotten the error 0xB81C6A2E a couple times over the last week but can't figure out what it means. I've made sure latest f/w is loaded. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
Is your printer plugged into a power strip or directly into wall?
It's plugged in a UPS.

If this is an M452, laser printer's should NEVER be plugged into a UPS. Surge side is oooooookay, but, NEVER battery side.
From the CPMD:
- Verify that the firmware on the device is the latest version. If it is not, update the firmware using the information and steps in the following document:
Update the printer firmware (c05272697)
If upgrading the firmware does not resolve the error, continue to the next step.- Replace the main PCA using the instructions on page 54 of the Repair Manual (c05031618).
If the assert error persists after replacing the main PCA, replace the unit.
Thanks very much for the info, Lance15. It's an inkjet, and it's plugged into surge side only.
According to the description of the error you posted it looks like I'll have to warranty this. I really appreciate your help!
