Hi all, does anyone know how to cancel the "prime tube procedure " in this printer, I accidentally activated the prime tube procedure but I don't have the setup heads. Is there a way to cheat this procedure. Any help appreciated

I found this by searching Google.

I'd like to know if this works.
Kiran
I ran into this problem recently. I wasn't able to bypass the priming procedure, and ended up buying a set of setup heads. The moral of this story is don't start the tube replacement procedure if you're using a syringe to prime the tubes. Janky aftermarket stuff.
The linked instructions include "press ALL PRINTHEADS FULL," and I'm not sure what that means. At no point was that option presented on the control panel, and I tried various permutations of installing and removing printheads and restarting the device.
The printer had a few empty inks on my first visit, as well. Maybe that killed my chances.

Thanks Kiran, I did exactly as that link you sent and it actually worked. I now have a working printer.
Awesome!
So remove original p/heads, close but don't put in anything, printhead stations goes to home and gives 02.08 error, switch off switch on then asks to open p/head cover push enter then asks if heads some with ink or none with ink, chose some with inks, then goes to home and completes process. So I physically didn't have to put in setup heads.
Curious. Seems like there might be some firmware differences. Or having an empty ink tank might mess up the process.
Learned my lesson, anyway.
I think your issue was you had empty ink tanks. You need ink in the plotter for it to complete the priming procedure.
