how to get a manual on HP site

Lets see, Kyocera and Minolta both have organized layout. Canon could use some work. but all these brands I was able to find the manuals I need within 5 minutes.

HP manuals... still looking for them.

    m630, 20788 jam...

and they claim its the #1 voted portal for partners. If you let sales run both department, sales will run service to the ground and dont even know what happened.

    /end rant

Don't think there should be a problem getting the user manuals but not service manuals. Best bet would be to google it and you should be able to find a free PDF download.

    was able to google it.

and these manuals are useless. Its like Evanka, Alot of words used to say nothing. TM and RM is produced in such a way for common users, they dont think too much of the techs dont they.
