HP Laserjet P3015 10.10.00 Supply Memory Error

I have this machine that we have sold compatible toner. Now it is giving this massage "10.10.00 Supply Memory Error" also with "Economode Disabled". The user has to press the OK button on the machine once a print job is sent. Other than another cartridge or an OEM cartridge, is there a way around this? I have scrolled out to Economode under Configure Device, but I cannot change the Off setting. Thanks in advance for any help.

No, there is no workaround. The chip on the crap cartridge can't be read because it's no good. Sell them an OEM cartridge to avoid these issues.

Thats been a common problem with a lot of the HP aftermarket toner. Some aftermarket chips on the toners can't be read. Just press the checkmark if it comes up and it should be okay. Otherwise if you never want to see that error you need to get OEM

My advise is to contact the vendor that sold the cartridge, and get a replacement. This is a rather common problem from refills. If you have an old cartridge I have removed the chip from the spent cartridge and installed it on the the cartridge with the error with some success. It does depend on the cartridge and you have to carefully remove the chips so as to not damage them. My 2 cents.
