    Laserjet Pro400 MFP B&W

Don't have much experience with these, but I can tell they are garbage. This unit is indicating "jam in cartridge area" There is no paper and all sensor flags appear complete and working.
    Anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks

Five billion tiny pieces of plastic... and one of them is out of place. Sounds like fun.

Have you checked the small partially hidden sensors on left and right, under the lift up metal plate in that area ?

    Flossed it ?

The rear cover is hinged and can be removed, then you can get access to the fuser, by releasing the green tabs on each end and pull out.
