    Have you tried programming the driver to heavy paper?

    The temparature of fusing, you can change by paper type (heavy paper).

    Sounds like the heating element is shot. Replace the whole fuser assembly.

    exactly.. if the sleeve has been changed... the heating element is the culprit! Good call Lance15!

    Or you can have poor quality fixing sleeve. Try other manufacturer of fixing sleeve.
