The option under Administration section to turn on option is not there, have tried, reset to factory settings and loaded with current firmware from HP. Still not there. Can plug USB and print out files from stick, and can scan to device(internal) and save, but to scan to USB, cannot. Anybody run into this before? Thank You.
Check for format tipe of usb memory.(FAT).

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
Issue is it is not visible on the control panel to turn on. Option not there to scan to usb.
