Thumbs up Laserjet enterprise m608 with 13.B2.d2

Customer has error 13.B2.D2 says paper jam in engine area. Found no paper jas=mmed. The fuser unit
was damaged and looked as though it had been dropped with a broken guide. I changed fuser but still had 13.B2.d2.

Brought machine back to my place and passed card stock thru feed areas but never saw any small papers come out. Machine started working after that and I tested it with about a hundred pages. Brought machine back to customer friday and got call today that 13.B2.D2 is back.

Any information that you guys can give will be appreciated very much. I will look thru SM but suspect i may not get the help i need. Is there a a particular issue with this specific series regarding 13.B2.D2 that I should know about. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

Thumbs up Re: Laserjet enterprise m608 with 13.B2.d2

    Thanks JR2ALTA and linuxcoupe.
Was at customer this morning and picked up machine. When I got back to my place noticed customer had left paper in this time which turned out to be a good thing. Machine initialized and when I attempted to print a report got the 13.B2.D2 with no feed from tray 2. Checked tray and noticed a sheet in the middle was sticking up at front lip so that when top sheet fed the middle sheet prevented it from feeding successfully. When I removed middle sheet the machine was working. So it would seem customer is not careful when loading paper but will need to monitor to be certain.Frank

Sorry I didn't think of that. That problem caused me grief a number of times.
