HP Laser Jet flow MFP M830 error 59.00.80 is this a cartridge drive issue??

Hi guys, happy Friday.
i have this HP Laser Jet flow MFP M830 with the 59.00.80 error code. the machine is down. customer said they rebooted it 5 times. i am waiting on the report if it reboots without the cartridge in. i will add a note on the outcome of that.

any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

rosolved. customer sent a picture of the transfer roller apart and wrapped into the toner cartridge drum section.

i am sorry for posting prior to doing diligent detective work on my side first.
