HP 4250 PS-102 PS-103 part numbers

I'm working on a HP 4250. The issue is with envelope feeding from the by pass tray. I'm getting a 13.05.00 Jam in the Top Cover Area error message.
I've replaced the Feed Roller Assembly and that cured the issue for 1 envelope only. All subsequent envelopes are stopping just about 3/8th of an inch from the Transfer Roller. Manual mentions the PS-102 Pre-Feed Sensor and the PS-103 Top of Page Sensor but I can't find them in the Parts Diagrams and no Part Numbers are given. The one depiction of Sensor locations leaves a lot to be desired also.

Any Help would be appreciated,

Try re-padding the pickup solenoid for the tray. Probably gummed up and sticking.

13.05 – A 13.05.00 error message indicates that the media did not arrive at the fuser delivery sensor (PS108)(PS700) within the specified time.
Do all the other trays work ok or do you get the same error.
The Envelope feeder is what I would concentrate on, the rollers wear out and don't feed correctly.

I agree with Lance15... re-pad ALL the solenoids in the feed sections and reg.

NO .. what he SAID was issue from MP Tray FEEDING envelopes.. I saw no mention of envelope FEEDER the third time I re-read it.
