Stops at exit , just out of fuser , as if it never arrived at the sensor . Very low print count on unit . FW 20130815 . Press start for reports , service page , feeds as noted above and then says " Jam in printer paper path open rear door and clear jam" , do this , then resets fine . Is there a self diagnostic or a service mode to check sensors ? I have a service manual , not finding it there . Or if someone has seen this occur , any other thoughts ? Thanks in advance , Ark .

Nope , only a service manual for this one ,I do know that in some cases there are TM ( Troubleshooting Manuals) and RM (Repair Manuals) But as far as i know , only a service manual for this one .
there IS a RM.... it doesn't have any real troubleshooting or error codes in it
Nope , sorry , did further check , no TM or RM only an SM and I have it , HP can be truly confusing the way they now deal with service info .
Check Liberty Parts web site, they have all/most HP manuals and parts/diagrams, free for downloading.
Like the OP said......no separate Troubleshooting and Repair manuals. Only a Service manual which covers both topics. These models do not have diagnostics. To low-end. How does the pickup roller look? We replace these rollers ALL THE TIME. They don't seem to hold up very well.
the one for this series they only have the repair manual.. that's where I got mine
