Hp plotter t120 (head recovery)
Hello Friends, I would like to know if someone could recover the "printhead", when the team requests change.
Thank you

Re: Hp plotter t120 (head recovery)
The printhead on this model has a known flaw on the contacts that connect with the chips on the ink cartridges. They can become dislodged and will no longer make contact the the ink cartridge and it will keep saying something about reseating the ink cartridge or something like that. This printhead is replaceable. Very easy to do.

If you mean repair the old printhead.. I doubt it. There's a company called Global Garage that repairs printheads but I think they only do it for flatbed/solvent printers.

Lance15 might have it... never heard of this before..
now if it was something like epson/brother/fp I would use Simple Green on a paper towel... drop some in the cleaning station too... 1/2 3/4 hour blot up extra... do head cleaning and good as new... used it on multiple models of all brands I mentioned...

Have replaced 2 or 3 of these printheads with this exact issue. I think it's due to the users not pushing on the right spot on the ink cartridge to insert them.
