Has anyone had Error 0xc6fd0002 on a HP Pagewide MFP 477dw? This error isn’t in the service manual?

Hi, no blue screen, the printer boots up but then fails.

You can still browse the menu’s etc.

i have also updated the firmware through the control panel.

Try the HP-hotline, but my guess is that the formater is gone.
