    Jam or error code?
    Jam location?
    Pickup condition?

    Print Zone Jam
    Paper is jammed
Open the left door, remove the duplex unit, lower the platen
by pressing the green latch and clear any paper. close the
platen and insert the duplex unit.
    once done, touch ok.

what are the conditions of the ink and printheads?
if it's trying to run calibration and fails sounds to me like the calibration sensors are failing.

what does it do on INTERNAL PRINTS? does it still bomb?

    how many pages printed?

what have you done to it so far?
    Cleanings?

We just had to replace all colors during calibration.
internal prints are the same as copying. it jams every time.
we cleaned all sensors, updated and firmware.

it doesn't jam in the duplex it makes past it. If it is a sensor how would you test it? Tried sensor calibration and still doing the same thing.

    1) get the manual
    2) find the motor/sensor test
    3) run it

    1) get the manual
Helpful only getting into the Engineering and Support Menus. Beyond that, your on your own. Unlike other manuals, there isn't a list of whats inside those menus and what they do.
