HP LJ M575 Disk Error 99.09.64

Need to install new hard drive on HP M575. Not sure about procedure for installing firmware after installing hard drive. I do not think procedure listed on the HP website or service manual is correct. Does anyone know correct procedure for installing firmware? Thanks.

Download firmware to stick, when powering up machine, when it fires up, press right under logo as its initialization, it will go into mode and then go to download firmware from stick. There is a YouTube on how to do it. Good Luck.
