HP M630 ADF not feeding

[OMG]

Machine will not feed through the ADF. Replaced feed roller and pad with no success. HP replaced the ADF a year ago under warranty for the same reason.

Any ideas?

those models are dogs .. drag it into the parking lot and give it a hot lead injection.

Does it feed partway and stop? if so it might be suffering from, idiots who put things into the ADF with staples. The staple gets stuck in the turnaround. You can try forcing it out with a piece of heavy stock paper or cardboard backing. But if that doesn't work, it's either disassemble without a service manual, or replace.
