HP pagewidw pro x477 wont recognise 974x cartridges

Hi all

I have HP pagewide pro x477 printer europe version that use 913/973 cartridges. I have lot of 974x cartridges that my printer wont recognise. As i can read on hp site 974x cartrides is for same printer but south america region. So please if someone can help me if i can flash or change region on my printer so i can use 974x cartridges.

No one know how to do it? I read on hp forums it is " Regionalisation Reset " but nobody telling step by step procedure. Please help. Thanks

Yes i contact with them but. American support are not allowed to help me becouse i sm not in their region. And support from my country doesnt know how to do it. And now i am in the midle
