HP Laser Jet 600 M602 (Jam 13 B9 A2)

I have a HP 600 (M602) jamming. It seems to be stopping under the printer cartridge. There is about 300,00 prints on this printer. The belts and rollers under cartridge seem a little loose, old. Does any one have a service manual and part manual on this model? I am a Ricoh tech and I am assigned HP priinters with out any manuals. Have to google and hope to get some kind of help. The paper under the cartridge when it stops--does it have print on it? If so, I would suspect the fuser. You should be able to open the back door and watch it... see if the fuser stops turning while the machine is running.
