M605 Light print on left side

Ok, so, after a Maintenance kit, 3 different Toner crtgs.(yes oem and compatible)
My customer is getting light print down the left side of the page intermittently. ( 1 page might be good out of 10)
Intermittently from one page to the next and when it does it, it is not consistant down the page,
meaning one or 2 inches looks good then 1 or 2 inches look light the 1 or 2 inches good then sometimes
3 or 4 inches are light. This issue is even worse when running through tray 1.
I know the paper source shouldn't matter in print quality, but it does in this case. Maybe because tray 1 is
set at cardstock type. Light print prints out on plain paper or cardstock or labels.

Is there a known problem with the high voltage on this model?

Any ideas?

Are you saying this happen after a maint kit was installed?

Was it aftermarket Maint kit? Can't remember if this model but several times I've had to put the original transfer roller back in for what you describe.

Also check the Transfer roller end holders with springs are seated properly and can move freely
