Post the file here and I'll take a look at it. Or a dropbox link.

Hello.
I took the Cis Element test and was able to conclude that the problem is in one of them. When I replaced him, the black belt shifted. The previous difficulty was that the defect was temporary. Now it has become permanent. However, I find it difficult to buy it. It's an off-line machine. I believe that in solving the problem Cis, will also solve the calibration problem. Thank you for the continued and persistent effort of all.
I think by black belt, he's referring to the black line through the scans.

That's the way I read it also. Like I mentioned earlier, the only place I could find these elements was as a lot on eBay and I'm glad I found it. Once I replaced the one faulty element, another one went up. These elements seem to be pretty fragile components. And, them not being readily available is a real problem.
I keep looking somewhere on planet earth for the Element Cis. I still can not.
Weird. HP will let you order it but it shows on back-order. I don't know what the wait would be. I hope this isn't an indication that they're all failing.

These elements are IMPOSSIBLE (much like ITBs) to get. I was lucky and stumbled on a whole lot on eBay once.
