Hi. I have an HP T2300ps plotter. Every copy makes a black stripe about 5cm wide. There is no dirt on the glass and I have already vacuumed the scanner's sensors. I also tried to put the original in different positions, but there was no difference. Any suggestion is welcome.

I'm going to guess in a different direction. You say it's copies ... is your scanner or white reference dirty? Or maybe you've got a bank of LEDs out.
My guess is that prints are unaffected. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you can find them. Last time I needed ONE, I ended up having to buy all of them from eBay. Kinda glad I had extras. After I replaced the faulty one, another one went up.
I see this often. You simply need to calibrate the scanner using the calibration sheet it came with. It's very easy.

Ahh..was gunna do that boss nixed it.. he made 30$ + labor for each chart... ( wanted me to make our own.. charge customer same) yeah that's one reason he is still f/t techless ..6 mos now! Saw some old customers around.. might go indy

I do not think it's a CIS element. Today I made a scanner using a sheet with the full length of the feed area. The band left too. When I use smaller sheet the strip always shifts to the edge of the sheet edge. Tomorrow I'll try the calibration. I am also in doubt whether the input and output sensors could do this. If they are the same, I will try to exchange between them.
I think I'm facing a flash. Today I went to check the Cis element, as a suggestion of this forum. In principle the defect appeared on the Cis A. I did not see an apparent defect in the led. He was doing scanner tests in different positions. I would try to calibrate too. On the 4th scanner the strip disappears. I did not make any intervention. I hope the problem does not return, but for now I did not find the cause. I will continue to monitor. It is very bad to work with flashes.
