The jam codes it gets is 41.03.00 and 13.06.00 for each jam. The 41.03.00 is an incorrect paper size error and the 13.06.00 is a jam in the fuser ass. There is only one tray on the printer. I have replaced the pickup roller and the separation pad. There are 248,600 pages printed, and it is hooked up on a network using a static IP address. Several users use the printer.
