HP Laserjet P2055dn Malfunction

I have got 2 machines both misbehaving in a similar way.
The work all fine with tray 1 in use.

But when tray 2 is used, a second sheet is always picked which will jam before it reaches the cartridge area and sheet 1 will always come blank. I tried to verify the paper size and seems OK. The same happens when printing from either PC or Internal reports.

I need your help please, thanks in advance!​

It's sounds like clutch problem or maybe sticky pad on clutch solenoid.

Re-pad the solenoid for tray 2. Have fun with that one. There aren't any instructions in the service manual on removing the main drive assembly.
