    HP CM 4540

I install a whole scanner unit on this machine ---Prints (supplies status page) from inside the machine were perfect and the copies(of those same pages) where all washed out. sorta overall washed out ---no voids.

still have the same problem Open for ideas formatter would be my next try-- the formatter is where the image goes after the scanner see's it and before it prints ---- like I said any ideas would be appreciated THANKS

Yes I did, The scanner calibrations, are more for alignment than color so I reran the color calibrations also, both from the adf and the glass. Like I said the machine does prints from the computer and the menus great just the copies, of the just made prints, copy washed out looking
