    m476 printer 54.2100 and 54.2500

I have a hp m476 that is stopping on each print. The paper stops a couple of inches out of the fuser every time. The error log shows a 54.2100 beam detect error or a 54.2500 top of page error. Both of the sensors in the fuser area are working correctly. Can anyone tell me which sensor triggers these codes?

    Thank you.

Possibly a fautly laser scanner or a DC controller problem from what I can find.

beam detect... how dirty is the insides? use a micro fiber cloth..wipe under the toner carts * remove 1st ...check where the paper comes up into machine.. use canned air *SPARINGLY .. then wipe remaining dust out.

    how many prints on unit?
    oem toners?
