    HP M880 41.07.12 (13/14)

I constantly get this error message on this device when i do duplex jobs.

I have changed the DC Controller, duplex unit, all pick up assemblies but yet i still receive this message.

This model is really starting to drive me up the wall. I have also upgraded all the firmware.

Solution for the error issue 41.07.12.

The problem is caused by conflicting paper size settings that must be uniform between the Printer and the Computer.
The 3 settings below must be similar on both equipments.

    Paper Size,
    Paper Source, Tray 2
    Paper Type, Plain

    Have fun working Guys.

    Re: HP M880 41.07.12 (13/14)

Apologies, i wasn't aware that there was others following or needing this fix.

The fault lies with the duplexing feed assembly (A2W75-67911)

The whole assembly can be changed or you can remove it and clean the rollers on the backside of the unit. (fine sandpaper and rubber roller restorer has worked for me)

I have tried uploading pictures but this site makes it very difficult to do such a thing. I will continue to try to get these uploaded.

If anyone has a part number for the rollers that would also be useful.

Hope this helps the rest of you out.
