Color Laserjet Managed MFP E77822 weired copy prob

Hi there!
Just get a call from my coworker. The customer makes a copy by the feeder = copy, OK. Customer put the original on the platen-glass, press copy, scanner is moving but no copy apears. Several tries without success. The machine is 4 weeks old, fw latest version. Searched on HP-WISE, found absolutly nothing. Any ideas / suggestions?

If you took a Care Pack with it just hand it back to HP to sort out. If no Care Pack take it back to your workshop, pretend it happened when you ran it up and send it back to HP as a DOA.
Either way make HP sort out their problems with their crap copiers themselves.

The A3 lasers have all sorts of weird and wonderful problems all caused by HP insisting on installing their operating system over the top of the original Samsung one.
