HP COLOR LASERJET M452nw Error Code

Hi everyone, I'm a Sharp/KM tech but have been asked by a client to look at at HP M452 as its very noisy and keeps showing a 59.0240 error and another code they are convinced has a F in it?? I have checked it out and no noise was apparent when i was there and I said I would check out what the error code points to and let them know from there.

ANy help greatly appreciated - the meter count is 59K

59.XX Error Messages59.XX Error, Turn off then onDescription
The product has experienced an error with one of the internal motors.

59.30 = Fuser motor startup error
59.40 = Fuser motor rotation error
59.70 = Black developer motor startup error
59.71 = Cyan developer motor startup error
59.72 = Magenta developer motor startup error
59.73 = Yellow developer motor startup error
59.80 = Black developer motor rotation error
59.81 = Cyan developer motor rotation error
59.82 = Magenta developer motor rotation error
59.83 = Yellow developer motor rotation error
59.90 = ITB motor start error
59.A0 = ITB motor rotation error
59.C0 = Developer motor rotation error
59.F0 = Transfer alienation failure

Recommended action

Reset the printer:
1. Turn off the power by using the power switch, and then wait at least 30 seconds.
2. Turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.
If you are using a surge protector:
1. Power off the printer.
2. Remove the surge protector.
3. Plug the product directly into the wall socket and turn the product power on.
For 59.7X and 59.8X Errors - try a different toner cartridge.
For 59.F0 Error, go to the following support document: HP Color LaserJet Pro M452, MFP M377, MFP M477 - 59.F0 Error (Service Action Advisory).

If the error persists, replace the appropriate motor:

59.30, 59.40	Fuser Motor Assembly	RM2–7348–000CN
59.70, 59.71, 59.72, 59.73, 59.80, 59.80, 59.82, 59.83 59.C0	Developing Motor Assembly	RM2–7344–000CN
59.90, 59.A0,	Drum Motor Assembly	RM2–7342–000CN
59.F0	Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) Assembly	RM2-6454-000CN

If replacing the drum motor, please read the following:
Some replacement drum motor assemblies do not include a white gear or pin. The white gear and pin must be removed from the original drum motor assembly and installed on the replacement drum motor assembly.

Off topic:

Had to deal with some latest color HPs, I'm not amused. On every Japanese brand I'm familiar with, motors are last thing to suspect, can't remember when last replaced motor.

Thank you this is the exact error I have. I have told them to buy a new printer as they are only £196 + vat.

Sorry dude, didn't mean to question you. Here you can buy them also at around 250€ so I was just thinking about how bad decision is to buy such a piece of cr.p.
