HP M608 having intermittent paper jam issue 13.b2.a2 41.03.a2

I'm facing frequent paper jam issue with M608 and fault code 13,b2,a2 and 41.03.a2. Manual doesnt show the fault code details and tried searching thru google

I have done cleaning the registration assy and replaced the feed rollers.

Any suggestion to resolve this issue
