HP M570dn ADF feeds first page then stops half way on 2nd. No errors

I have an HP M570dn that just started with an ADF feed issue. First page makes it through. The 2nd page gets half way and it just stops. No errors. The feeder doesn't even attempt to move.
I ran the scanner calibration with the same results.

If I feed through one page, it will message me to remove documents in the feed assy even though there's nothing there. The copy will eventually print as a blank.

    First time seeing this issue.
    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks.

    Jeff

Do factory reset and reload firmware(update it) Easy to do. 15-20 minutes.

Don’t know these but I would look at DF exit sensor.

    Hi there!
tech28 is right, first action to do, if that doesn´t work you must change the DF.

Thanks guys. I Already updated the firmware with the same issue.
I'll reset the unit and upgrade the FW again and then test. If the same problem is there, I will replace the DF exit sensor.
